Lucie has over 15 years' experience in personal lines insurance mostly in the specialist car sector and joined Lockton in November 2012 as one of the original members of the Birmingham team. Lucie manages her own book of clients and having been promoted through the ranks to Vice President, now has overall leadership responsibility for the sales and service teams within Lockton Performance. Lucie's focus is ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from their very first interaction at the sales stage right the way through to renewal and beyond.
