- The promoters of this competition (“Competition”) and prize are Lockton Performance, a division of Lockton Companies LLP and Xclusively Jaguar Limited (“Promoters”) whose respective principal places of trading are at The St Botolph Building, 138 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7AG and 19 Fenkle Street, Alnwick, Nothumberland, United Kingdom, NE66 1HW (“Promoter Address”).
- Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only, excluding:
- employees and officers of the Promoters or companies within the Promoters' groups;
- employees and officers of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or companies within the Promoters' group, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration;
- members of the immediate families or households of those persons referred to clauses 2(a) and (b) above.
- In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win. The Promoters reserve the right to check the validity of entries and proof of identity may be requested by the Promoters from the entrant.
- There is a limit of only one entry to the Competition per person. The Promoters will not accept multiple Competition entries or Competition entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, corrupt, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, or have been completed by third parties or in bulk. Proof of transmission or sending is not proof of receipt of an entry by the Promoters. Competition entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not allowed. Competition entries will only be accepted if submitted on the Lockton competition page via https://marketing.locktoninternational.com/lockton-xclusively-jaguar-competition.
- How to enter:
- The Competition will run from 1:00pm (London time) on 1st December 2021 (“Opening Date”) to 1:00pm (London time) on 30th June 2022 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.
- All competition entries must be received by the Promoters by no later than the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- To enter the Competition, during the period from the Opening Date until the Closing Date (inclusive), the entrant must simply complete and submit their details on the Lockton competition page via https://marketing.locktoninternational.com/lockton-xclusively-jaguar-competition with the entrant's name, telephone number, email address, and Xclusively Jaguar code before the Closing Date. Once the entrant has validly and correctly submitted its entry, the entrant will be entered into a random draw.
- No purchase necessary.
- The Promoters do not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause and will not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control, which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the prize draw.
- All information detailing how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Prize Draw:
- On 13th July 2022 the Promoters shall hold a random draw and the first valid and correct entry drawn from all of the Competition entries received by the Promoters will be the winner of the Competition and the Prize. The random draw will be conducted by an independent person appointed by the Promoters.
- The winner of the Competition will be notified by 6:00pm (London time) on 14th July 2022 in writing by email to the winner's email address and by telephone to the winner's telephone number provided in the winner's Competition entry. The accuracy of the email address and telephone number is the responsibility of the entrant.
- Acknowledgment of the Prize by the winner must be received by the Promoters by 6:00pm (London time) on 21st July 2022. A Prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a winner. Should the Promoters not receive confirmation from the winner by this time, or in the event that the winner or a substitute winner is unreachable or ineligible or declines to accept the Prize, or a substitute winner fails to acknowledge the Prize as specified by the Promoters, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoters reserve the right to award the Prize to another eligible entrant, picked at random from the remaining entries. The Promoters have no responsibility to anyone who has not responded in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The winner of the Prize will receive two VIP tickets to Salon Privé 2022 within 30 days of the Closing Date and will receive gift certificates to attend Salon Privé 2022 closer to the event date as the tickets for the Prize will not be available from the event organiser until closer to the Prize event date in 2022.
- The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- For the surname and county of the winner of the Competition, send a stamped addressed envelope to The St Botolph Building, 138 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7AG quoting 'Win Two VIP Tickets to Salon Privé 2022'. Save where requested by a relevant regulatory body, the Promoters shall not provide such information if it is sufficient information to identify an individual and, as a result, publication of such information would prejudice the privacy of the winner.
- The Promoters may use the winner's surname and county in future publications and publicity without the winner's consent, providing such information is not sufficient information to identify the individual.
- The Prize:
- There will be one (1) winner in total. The first valid and correct entry to be drawn at random from all of the Competition entries received by the Promoters will be the winner of the Competition and the Prize. The winner shall win two (2) VIP tickets to Salon Privé 2022. The Prize does not include the costs of transfers to and from the event or food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person participating in the Prize with them are available to use the Prize on the date specified. The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the Prize. The Prize is accepted entirely at the winner's own risk.
- The Prize cannot be awarded to any person who, for any reason, would not be allowed by law to purchase or use the Prize.
- No winner is allowed to sell, transfer or auction the Prize on to a third party.
- Subject to these terms and conditions, the Prize shall be as published and is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative or exchange. No compensation will be payable by the Promoter if a winner is unable to use their Prize.
- The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition, extend or resume the entry period, or change or withdraw the Prize at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if an event occurs that renders the Competition itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoters (including without limitation reasons of force majeure) or if it cannot be guaranteed that the Competition can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoters as a result thereof. Where it is necessary in accordance with the provisions of this clause for the Promoter to change the Prize, the Promoters reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
- The Promoters reserve the right (in their absolute discretion) to reject entries and disqualify entrants, including without limitation where the Promoters have cause to believe that (i) there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or (ii) the entrant has interfered with the fair running of this Competition, including without limitation by manipulating entries or the results, or has provided false information or has acted unethically in any other way.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The Promoters have arranged the Competition in good faith but, to the fullest extent permitted by law, accepts no responsibility for and will not be liable for any claims, costs, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities, of any kind (including without limitation direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages) arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession, use or any other aspect of any prize awarded. Consumer legal rights are not affected. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the liability of the Promoters for death or personal injury resulting from the Promoters' negligence or for any damage or liability incurred by the entrant as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Promoters or otherwise as prohibited by law.
- Data Protection and Privacy:
The Promoters are committed to protecting the privacy and security of entrant's personal data.

What personal data do the Promoters collect?
By entering the Competition, the entrant is asked to submit to the Promoter some basic information such as their name, telephone number, email address and Xclusively Jaguar code. The Competition is only available to the entrant if the entrant provides the Promoters with the data requested.
How will the Promoters use the personal data it collects?
The Promoters will use the entrant's personal data:
- for the purposes of administering the Competition (explicit consent);
- if the entrant is a winner of the Competition:
- for the purposes of fulfilling, delivering and arranging the Prize (explicit consent);
- the winner's surname and county may be used for publicity purposes and for the purposes of notifying enquirers regarding the winners of the Competition (the Promoters' legitimate business interests in order to comply with advertising standards (any use of the winner's personal data for publicity purposes beyond this will require the winner's explicit consent));
- for the purposes of contacting the entrant with marketing updates from the Promoters (explicit consent or for the Promoters' legitimate interests to develop its products/services and grow its business).
The Promoters shall only contact the entrant with marketing updates from the Promoters if:
- the entrant has consented to the Promoters doing so by opting-in to this service on their Competition entry; or
- the entrant is a current client of the Promoters and has not opted out of receiving such marketing updates.
Entrants can manage their marketing preference or ask the Promoters to stop sending them marketing updates at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message to the entrant or by contacting the Promoters' Data Protection Manager at any time.
Will the Promoters share the personal data with third parties?
The Promoters will only disclose the entrant's personal data to third parties in accordance with applicable law and for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. This may include disclosure of the entrant's personal data:
- if the entrant is a winner of the Competition:
- to the Promoters' third party suppliers only in so far as is required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize;
- to any persons making enquiries regarding the winners of the Competition;
- for publicity purposes;
- to public authorities or regulators where the Promoter is required by law to do so; and
- to any other third party where the entrant has provided its consent.
By entering the Competition, the winners give their consent for their name, telephone number, address and email address to be passed to a third party supplier for fulfilment of the Prizes where necessary.
Where a person makes enquiries regarding the winners of the Competition, the Promoters shall provide the enquirer with the winner's surname and county. Save where requested by a relevant regulatory body, the Promoters shall not provide such information if it is sufficient information to identify an individual and, as a result, publication of such information would prejudice the privacy of the winner.
The Promoters may use the winner's surname and county in future publications and publicity without the winners consent, providing such information is not sufficient information to identify the individual.
Retention of the entrant's personal data
The Promoters will keep the entrant's personal data only for so long as is necessary and for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

The entrant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who regulates the Promoters' processing of personal data. Details of how to contact the ICO can be found on their website at www.ico.org.uk.
General:
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the Promoters and the entrant submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
