Here at Lockton Performance, we are well known for our excellent client service. Our team of dedicated Account Managers are always on hand to help you out with anything you need, from policy documents to information on how to make a claim.
But what happens when you are out of the office?
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new client portal, which has been developed exclusively for our Lockton Performance Clients. Over recent weeks, we have been inviting clients to log into the online portal to view their renewal documents and will shortly be sharing this fantastic new tool with everyone.
What are the benefits?
Aside from having instant access to your policy documents 24 hours a day, there are a number of benefits to using this new service:

- The ability to notify your Account Manager of a claim

If you would like to gain access to your online portal just let your Account Manager know. They will then send you an email containing a registration link, you will then follow a simple 3 step process.
- Verify your email address: this will generate a second email to be sent to you
- Create your password: the second email will contain a link to create a password
- Log into www.locktonperformance.com using your email address and password
What about the excellent service I know and love?
That will never change. You will still be able to contact your Account Manager by phone or email with anything you would like to discuss. Our new portal has been designed to complement our client service by giving you instant access to the things you need.

We will continue to work hard to bring you more useful tools, including our soon to be launched Lockton Performance App. We are working to include the ability to renew online and make payments for your policies as well as the ability to make amendments to the cover you have in place.
